This series is new. Five young girls venture into Iceland 800 years back with Emily and Kim Miller's Icelandic horses. Along with the Miller sisters are Darcy (Kim's bud), Laura (Emily's bud), and Andrea, the stuck-up girl from 4-H.

Ariel's Journey:

What started as a normal pony trekking trip formulated by the girl's parents, who were sick of the on-going feud between Emily's friends and Andrea's friends, soon turned into a trip back in time to help the people of Holar. With the king's daughter, Gija, captured by a rival village, will the girls get over their differences and save her or will they be too busy fighting to save the princess?

Not what I thought it was going to be. It has everything teens and young readers want: adventure, time travel, horses, and a bit of romance. Pick it up today!

Ariel's Journey
by: Carly J.

This book is my second fave horse book i've ever read! (Black Beauty is my 1st fave) It is about 5 women that are sent into the woods to learn about Icelandic horses.....It was ok before but this summer must save the village of their ancestors!

It is very suspenseful and very well written,it is an intermediate book that I suggest is for ages 11+.

It is so good I stayed up till 3am reading it!...Before I passed out!
