PONY books come in the PONY packages. They have lots of really cool books like: Mystic Tide, Frantic Flight, Condor Mountain, Hero of the Night, Diablo My Dream Horse, The Fantasy Horse and many more! They all have really exciting stories in them.

I really recommend them!

Looking for 1 of these books!!

I am trying SO HARD to find one specific Pony Book Club book. I don’t remember the title but it was about a girl whose horse spooked, threw her, and bolted into traffic. The horse passed away and the book was about her new horse (a pinto) and also finding out that one of her "friends" had spooked the horse purposefully. If anyone remembers the title PLEAAAAAAAAAAASE let me know, thanks!

Does anyone remember one of the PC games?

There was a PC game that came in one of the subscription boxes. I distinctly remember it was a disc I had to put into a desktop computer, and it took place in the winter. It was kinda dark when I remember it. I remember one of the quests required you to find a carrot to put on a snowman.

I loved this when I was in my mid to late teens and now my 14 years old daughter can't get enough of horses. Great educational box!

Bring Pony Back!

I absolutely LOVED Pony as a child! I still own all the books I ever got from them as well as the audible CD’s from Elie B. Toresen. I wish they would bring it back, cause it’s something I would LOVE to share with my daughter. I don’t have any of the old magazines however, but I still have the StarShine Legacy games as well as the Horse Angel books and many more books. :) I will most definitely be reading them to my child when she’s old enough.

Wish there was something we could do to bring them back…

I have horse crazy girls at home, I remembered getting this, and was thinking about getting this for them. I did find a pony club box, but it isn't the same! I loved the books that came, and my mom still has most of them.

The Best!!

I love Pony! Was so sad when I learnt they shut down. I loved getting the magazines and the packages. I still have all the magazines, and most of the items/books. (& I'm 26 now heh.) Always wanted to buy from the Pony Bookstore, but never got a chance. Thought maybe i'd do it once older LOL. I was always so ecstatic to get the magazine or package every month!

I still feel this was one of the best clubs out there. The magazines were small but efficient. No commercials! (besides their own products). It was warm and friendly i loved the comic clips from all especially Willy & Boris.

I miss hearing about Chica! I've tried to find out about her, but there just doesn't seem to be anything. What I have learned recently though is that they made a 2 part movie on her?? How can this not have gone through the magazine? (unless they stopped sending me the magazine before they actually shut down. I wasn't able to get a whole lot of packages...)

The horse monopoly game from Pony Club

I cleaned out our game closet today, and found the pony club "monopoly" game. We have all the parts except for the instructions. My son was a member back in 2004-2006ish. He's so excited to play this game again. Do any of you have this game with the rules that you could maybe take a pic of it? Thank you so much!

The PC games that Pony Club released were Pony Girl (1 & 2), Starshine Legacy (there were 4 and you played as Lisa, Linda, Anne, and Alex), and then there was Star Stable (Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer Riders). Fun Fact: Stashine Legacy and Star Stable actually have an MMO. It's called.... Star Stable Online (or SSO). It's arguably THE BEST horse game and the game is actually in the Starshine Legacy universe!!!

As far as everything else the Pony Club released, I absolutely LOVED everything. I'm 24 now, but I still enjoy the books, games, audio books and ect... Goodness, I miss it <3

Does anyone know how to contact the company? I’m 20 now and I still keep the membership card I got in my wallet. I got the subscription when I was maybe 5. Do you guys remember the book about the kids cleaning out the barn and knock over one of the jars with the evil spirit in it?

I had no idea it ended. When I was young the pony club was the best my mom could do at the time. And I love the books and the little gifts that came with. But when she couldn't spare the extra money, I was sad and wanted to join again once I got older and got a job. I am so sad to find out it ended.

I think you're thinking of "The Wishing Well" by Eli B. Toresen. Some of her other audio books were "The Haunted Stables" and "The White Demon Horse".

The Highlight of Each Month

I loved getting the magazines and the packages!! I was so sad when I learnt they quit, how could they have had not enough money?

It was the best deal for any horse lover, and I really miss those childhood days.

I still have all the magazines I had gotten from them, and most of the Pony items from the packages I got.

Wish I knew how Chica got on, etc...

This book club was my life

It's such a shame that this operation had to be shut down. I don't understand why they weren't making enough money! They had so many members. I used to be filled with joy every month when I saw the beautiful package waiting for me at my door! I miss this club with every bone in my body, and I'd do ANYTHING to get it back. But, sadly, it's shut down for good. I still have everything they ever sent me and everything I've bought from their store. They deliverers were always so sweet to me, and I absolutely adored the books. And Pony is what got me into Star Stable! They sent me two of the games and I fell in love with them. Then some time in 2012 Star Stable Online opened their servers to English players. I'm still playing SSO today. Ugh, Pony Club. So many great memories.

It was such a great book club! I remember how upset I was when my parents told me they had to cancel it. Jeez I still have some of the stuff and I'm 19 now! Too bad the club seems to be gone now, such quality items and love was put into it for the kids. :'C 💔

when i was younger i was in this book club. loved the packages they sent. it was a great way to get stuff for you or your horse and the books are great.

The Most Beautiful Horse in the World

This book is a great book for horse lovers.

This book is wonderful for a person that can't have a horse, but wants one so bad.

Here is what is is about:

A girl named Cara is crazy about horses, but she knows she will never be able to afford one of her own. So it's like a dream come true when shes hired to take care of a beautiful horse named Lucas, whose owner is leaving for college. Before long, Cara starts bringing home trophies and ribbons, and it's clear she and Lucas are a winning team. Then Lucas' owner loses interest in horses and sell him to a family with no experience, with or love of, horses. Her new enemy Vanessa, the older daughter, forbids Cara to ride Lucas.

What can Cara do? If she rides Lucas, she may put him in terrible danger. But if she doesn't her heart may break...

All of the books Pony Club sent were really good! I enjoyed them all. You can buy most of them on their website, pony4kids.com.
