Go to HorseCrazyGirls.com/costume to find and complete the submission form. You must be 18 (eighteen) years or older to enter. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or guardian must enter the contest for you. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Horsecrazygirls.com and will not be returned.
Horsecrazygirls.com (“sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.
SELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA

Additional criteria include comments received, shares on social media channels, and safety for horse and rider. (Riders wearing approved helmets/riding hats will be more likely to win than those without).
CONTEST PRIZES
One (1) first-place winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card or equivalent substitute
One (1) second-place winner will receive a $75 Amazon gift card or equivalent substitute
One (1) third-place winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
Video prize:
Each entrant will also be invited to share a video in their costume with their horse. The video may be thirty (30) seconds to two (2) minutes in length. The video must be the full property of the entrant (no professional videos), and no music may be included. Mounted riders should be wearing a helmet.
One (1) video entry will be awarded a $50 Amazon gift certificate. Winners of the custom contest are eligible to win the video prize as well.

Contest entrants must supply current contact information in order to be notified if they win. Winners who do not respond to notification through email and/or phone number supplied within 7 calendar days will forfeit their prize.
Additional prizes may be added upon the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the prizes to equal or higher value.
All prizes are available for delivery to US addresses only. In the event a winner resides at an address located outside the U.S., an attempt will be made to award an equivalent prize, however in no event will the sponsor be obligated to award the prize to winners with addresses outside the U.S.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prizes.

You must be 18 years or older to participate. Any costume featuring someone under the age of 18 must be submitted by parent or legal guardian. Parental permission will be verified.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone number supplied with entry and must respond within seven (7) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest. In such event, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.
Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional right to use the photograph and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
