My friend temporarily didn't have internet, so she came over to use mine. Anyways, after they found out about us, we both get banned and kicked out (probably forever.)
I have read the rules, like two years ago.I usually leave my Horse Isle account four, to five months at a time.I'm usually extremely attentive to keeping track of rules, lately there has been no time for it. Considering, I have read the rules several times and have failed to memorize it.
Don't really care what they might do to my account since I don't play a lot of games.I do hope my friend can at least get hers back, since it is my fault that we are in this situation.I appreciate the people who make everything safe, however I believe there is room for improvement, lots of it. Since both Eternal and Life Cycle are less than a decade old, there should be more than enough they can work on.
I understand that they are busy, but would appreciate a response from a real human than an automatic message..
Also, maybe they should have just stuck to the original if they can't keep track of everything.
Again, really do appreciate the people who monitor Horse Isle, but I say with all honesty that they must really have too much to do. Maybe a lack of players is a good thing.

I don't know who's team I'm on, but yes, the Admins are fair, but I hate it when I ask them for what I have done wrong and all they keep saying to me is "Issue considered resolved and closed by support", they keep annoyingly repeating that and wont tell, so that's probably why a lot of you are mad at banning since they wont give and you checked to see that you didn't have a lot of vios or what, I deserved a ban because i DID make several accounts to avoid temporary bans, but a few accounts I had was based on my cousins, I helped them make one since they don't have an email, I share with them, but i should've known and be more careful to not "share" emails, but the Admins are fair, they did say they were required to follow COPPA, so yea, yet if they keep banning people like this, their game wont have much people playing it since they cannot return after a permanent ban, yes I miss my friends on there, yes the rules are strict, but they are trying to keep the environment a safe place for young children, but that's what i don't get, I play Horse Isle 2, the Eternal one, and the youngest people on there can only be like 12 years old, and believe me, I'm not far from that age, but still, if they say "young" people are playing on there, does that mean they are violating their own rules and allowing little kids to play that game when they said so themselves that the game is like good for 12-18 years old or something? So really, I don't know who's side I am on, but I do believe that they shouldn't like permanent ban someone, just give them a few months ban, and i got banned mostly from role playing, which isn't fair since a lot of people around me were doing serious inappropriate things while I was with my self and stuff, so yeah, I really don't know what's going on in that game, but my advice is do not play that game if you feel like you are easily provoked and gets out of control easily (which is me a lot, sorry), but you if you are someone who is fair and really do read the rules carefully and really will keep to the rules for a long time, then yeah, you can play the game. The Admin that spoke to me most of the time is Connie, she's really nice, she stern too, but of course that's her job to bring peace, yet I still think the banning thing is unfair, like how about someone bought like a year sub on there then got banned permanently? Then they'd think they got robbed, like HI only took their money then kicked them out, so us players better watch out as well as the Admins, we all must be fair and cope with each other fairly. feel free to add something to my reply if you disagree or have something to add :)
BTW, if you play Horse isle 2 still, I am RainbowArch, but I was banned, still, nice to tell all you people reading this my opinions and stuff :P

Hmm, well I think the mods are a bit too strict. I am a role player and proud of it. I like to role play with my friends n HI2. Got 5 vios yesterday. They said that they are warning me and that no violence should be involved. Hmm, somethings wrong with this picture. If you are at a ranch with your role play buddies... then obviously they aren't bothered. I find that rather ignorant of the mods.

Okay I will be honest here. Most of the people saying "Horse Isle stinks" and "I don't know why I was banned" - you're imbeciles.
I've been permanently, temporarily, and IP banned in the past. (And yes I still play Horse Isle today, get over it wench.) There was not a single instance in which I did not have an inkling of an idea of why I was banned. I may not have known for sure, but I had a clue.
I can agree that Horse Isle staff are not always the most helpful. Some administrators are very kind, some are very rude. It depends on who you get a reply from how your problem will be dealt with. If you are displeased with the response you got, reply to the email saying so, and explain why. "Can you explain how I broke this rule?" "What proof do you have of my double-accounting?" Then, be logical. If your sister really does have an account, point out that not everyone has two computers to play on in the house. Be honest, too. If you've helped your sister with her account, tell them. But never, under any circumstance, lie or beg.
I got email replies every time I messaged Horse Isle. The one time I did not is when I titled the email "Hello". I think they judge messages titled as such as spam and ignore them. You must give your email a relevant title, such as "Why was I banned?" or something very.. well, relevant.

This is a family game where young children also play thus we are very strict about what is and is not allowed. We are required to follow COPPA Federal laws and regulations so for those who refuse to do so we ban/block them from playing. Creating new accounts is TOTALLY against the rules, we put mods and admins in the game because some people do not respect the game rules, they are there to put players in line.

OK, so I showed my friend my account on Horse Isle and told her about how this mod Nuova deleted my whole profile cause there was one bad thing in it I guess, and didn't give me a chance to delete that one thing. So after I showed my friend I had to take a shower, and while I was in the shower she thought it would be funny to make a new account called IhateMods. So of COURSE that immediately got her banned, so now MY IP address is blocked cause of HER. I emailed support but of course they're not responding. I have some excellent horses and like 700mil on my account and I want it back. Now. My advice, never play horse isle. It's messed up.

If they banned your 'best account,' that's probably implying that you had more than one, which WILL get you banned quickly. And then making another one while still banned will, again, get you banned.
On another note, just follow the rules.. People say they are 'banned for no reason' but obviously there is a reason.. Anyhoo, I could go on all day, but i won't..

My account was blocked directly, because I "violated their terms/conditions". I do not understand their decision to block, when they hadn't explained the reason.I didn't have multiple accounts and at the most 1 or 2 flags due to mis-spelling.
They did show me my IP#, but I have no idea what to do with it. And I cannot tell if I'm banned for good or for a few days/weeks.Honestly, Horse Isle was my second life and I had earned so much there, but after this recent problem, I see Horse Isle from a very bad/different prospective.

Horse isle bans accounts for no reason...lets say you have a sister and they have another account if they think its the same person they will ban both accounts so that means only ONE person in your house can play on this game! THIS game is messed up if u miss spell something and it looks wrong you get in trouble! The Mods on the one i play are rude and way to over powering they make you feel bad. I WOULD not suggest this game to anyone ...they say its a friendly game but ppl on there can be mean and rude don't go on this game or waste your money buying subscriptions on this game!I had a many Friends on that game a that quiet the game crying b/c of stuff that happened on that game. HorseIsle has set rules on what's allowed and what isn't. It's the job of the player to be informed about what can get you banned.
Honestly, it takes a lot for someone to get banned from HorseIsle. Often times, the only thing that can do it is if the person is asking for personal information, giving out personal information, cussing up a storm, or disregarding the moderators' warnings.
That being said, the HorseIsle admin is fair in their decisions to ban players. They would rather have you as a member but if you're breaking the rules, you're out. Making another account while one is still banned goes against the rules. You should expect to get another ban for that.
My advice to everyone is to just follow the rules. If you stay out of trouble, there will be no trouble. This game was made so horse lovers could have fun in a safe, friendly environment. If you're just joining to create problems, go somewhere else.

I have been playing Horse Isle for may years, almost since the day it came out. Yes, the rules are strict, but they are not insane. They are strict because they do not want people to scare or even scare little children with bad language, offensive profiles, and controversial topics that could cause an uproar in Global. The Mods, yes, sometimes abuse their power, but that happens so rarely people barely notice it and the moderators that do abuse it are removed from power. I am friends with a few of the moderators, and they are all genuine people who actually care about the well-being of players. I have miss-typed a swear word a couple times, and after explaining to a Mod what happened the points on my account did not seem as intimidating.
Mods really do mean well. They are not all evil. Once you explain things to them they are more likely to understand your problem. Plus, you will NOT get banned for doing nothing, or just by having one strike on your account -- take it from someone who knows.
