How did you make it?
Tin Man was tights, material, duct tape, purchased hat and heart. Scarecrow is adult costume cut and altered for horse.
How much did it cost?
In total for both horse costumes ~$60
Where did you wear it?
At home for photo shoot -- horses have a large fan following on facebook and their webpage
How did people react?

They are troopers and let me do almost anything.
