this is about a girl who is a gymnast and she falls off the balance beam and goes blind. she is taken to a school for the blind camp and learns to deal with her blindness and learns to jump a horse with the help of a boy who is from the juvenile hall in the area who needs community service. this movie helped me find my passion for children and horses and plans to bring two worlds together.

Maggie Roberts is sent to prison after a tragic accident. When offered a chance to work at a thoroughbred race horse facility, she comes to love horses and falls in love with a special horse named Breaking Free. Breaking free was an abused race horse that needed a loving friend that would care for him. Maggie heals the horses heart and in return, Breaking Free helps mend Maggie's hurting heart. This brings Maggie and Eddie,a spina bifida victim, a binding friendship.
