Hold on tight or I might bite!
I love horses more than any animal or thing in the world!!!
I used to go to my friend Russ's house and ride his horses until he moved when he got married. They had four horses-- three girls and one boy. Their names were Joseph, Dolly, Eve (or Evening Star), and Star aka Death Star or Star of Casanova. Joseph was calm and gentle, Dolly was a little stubborn, Eve was spirited, wild and young, and Star was fast, wild, yet gentle. Now I'm going to tell you a little more about them.
Joseph was a jumper and had won many blue ribbons, now retired. Dolly is a Quarter Horse and very old. She used to be a barrel racer! Eve is only 2-3 years old and is still in the process of training. She's a little nippy and VERY, VERY spirited and very stubborn to move or turn. Star was a racing horse in Idaho and is VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY FAST!!! She is probably my second favorite, Joseph's my first. Star is also a Quarter Horse!!! Eve has tried to take of and I tried to hold her back!!! But I almost fell off of Eve!!! But still I would ride her!!!
I love horses and don't think of them as wild animals. Think of them as gentle, alert, spirited, trustworthy animals to guide and help you.
