So this is a Color Poem that I wrote about the color dun and well since Dun horses are so beautiful (Not that every horse are) I decided to incorporate horses into it. Hope you guys like it!

Cloudy rainy days casting shadows on the meadow,
Dun is the color of the sun peeking through the dark clouds
As horses Neigh in the afternoon light
The swish of dried grass from the summer sun

Dun horses roam fields of sun
Their golden coats shadowed with grey
Dark manes swish like shadows through the grass
The clip clop of their hooves as they take me through fields of Dun

Fresh hay fills the cool crisp spring day air
Rainy day air equaling the spring air,
Silky soft like a horse’s coat,
Yet rough like a horses dark mane

Long grass swishing against my legs
As I walk through a field of sun
The taste of spring’s cool crisp morning air after rain

Out in the country like my second home
Where the horses roam
For that is what the color Dun
Means to me
