RoadRunner Tours Angel Fire New Mexico USA

Riding horses in Angel Fire NM

Riding horses in Angel Fire NM

I love Road Runner Tours. It is the most awesome place to ride. I have been on three trail rides with them now. We rode in the valley Angel Fire New Mexico (mountains all around), and the Carson National Forest. The horses are great and so are the guides we've had.

On one ride an elk came bounding out of the forest right next to us. (And my mom knocked over a 20 foot tree when she tried to push away from it!) On another ride we went down a rocky path in the forest in the winter which was really cool to me and my Dad, but kind of scary for Mom.

Recently I got to ride with Nancy (the owner) and she was riding her horse -- the original Spirit of the Cimmarons! (That was her horses name BEFORE the move came out!) It was the coolest ride. We got to cross a stream and ride around the lake. We had a great time.

I love Roadrunner Tours -- you have got to ride there if you go to Angel Fire or Taos New Mexico!!! Tell Nancy that Sydney a horsecrazygirl sent you. :-)
