Riding club problem

I have had a riding club account and it sinks. Yes the game itself I loved but you get 2 hours free playtime then you have to BUY more playtime so you can play. I complained to them and all I got was the same email twice (COMPUTER GENERATED MUCH).
I would NOT recommend this game unless you want to pay big dollars.
