promise does sound like a cool name i totally name one of my horses that if i had one i think it sounds like you and your horse have a good relasoinship and friendship too

I think Promise is a great horse name, because it makes me think of a wild horse who was tamed by a will-spirited girl. The horse (of course a filly!) would turn out to be really sweet, but would only let the girl ride her or come in her stall. For some reason, I think good coloring for a horse with this name would be grey or pure black.
