Can you please help me?? My pony pebbles will NOT walk around the paddock when there is another horse in it.

My sister and I cannot do games or compete against each other anymore where pebbles has to do something other than following. She won't walk away from a horse, she wont go next to one, she wont even walk behind a horse without ramming her nose up its bum, she wont lead on a trail.

My sister and I want to do mounted games which is very hard with pebbles.

PLEASE HELP!!

Do you have a crop. First off, don't let him get near another horse. When he gets close, circle him and let the other one get ahead. I would also school him every moment you can with other horses. Show him you're boss and don't be afraid to hit him with the crop.

let him see that he is not the only one allowed in the ring if it is a small ring, he may be a little claustrophobic. try and let him and the other horse tack up together.

:/ if your horse wont walk

If your horse won't walk away, use your legs and kick him while using the inside rein, or use a crop.

So your horse won't do anything as your saying, keep your horse length away from the other horse, and if he does try to put his nose at the other horses rump, use your inside rein to pull his nose away.

Help is on the way

Introduce your horse to a smaller pony like a Shetland or something. As she becomes friendly to the Shetland move onto bigger horses.

Hope I helped :)
