My Savior

One day I was riding with my friends in Westminister TX. We were riding on the side of the road and this dog came from one of the houses. The crazy dog went underneath Bow(my friends mom's horse) and tried to grab his neck.Bow reared a couple weeks ago and he's not the perfect horse. Princess the horse I was riding was the 2nd in line.I'm a beginner rider and I need much more time in the saddle. The dog got stepped on and rolled around a couple times, but kept at it.Bow turned around and headed the other way. The idiot dog(the dog deserves worse names) ran after them. Gina who was riding Bow was an expert rider. The Lord's Day was that day for me. If I was Gina I would have kicked Princess and I would be hanging on for dear life(literally). We followed at a distance. I had no idea what to do. Gina flagged a car and had the driver scare the dog back home along with my other friends mom in her pickup. My friends and I were so scared. After I thought straight for a minute I prayed. Gina, Bow and everyone else was safe, thank heaven. I could have gotten killed that day, but the Lord saved me. I don't know what happened to the dog. I hope its dead or in a pen. A horrible memory to stay with me, but God wants me to do something in my life. God loves horses too!
