In Moondance Alexander, a girl named Moondance isn't very popular. She always gets pushed around and laughed at. Then while riding her bike, she gets surprised by a horse standing in the middle of the road.
The horse got sent back to his old stable Tumbleweed Stables. Then, Moondance feels bad because Checkers (Moondance named the horse Checkers)gets cooped up in a stall all day. She finds the stable by hitting a rock and rolling down a hill with her bike. She runs into the owner of the stable and asks for a trade. She takes care of the horses if she gets to ride Checkers. He agrees.
Then the two popular girls that bug her all the time, Fiona and Megan, say Checkers is a misfit and doesn't belong in jumping because he is a Pinto.
Then the owner of Tumbleweed Stables, Dauntay, says Checkers is a very good jumper, so Moondance persuades him to train her to jump. Then she enters the Bow River Classic along with Megan and Fiona. That's my summary on Moondance Alexander.
It's an awesome movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
