Hi are you sure you are doing your e-mail address right?, you should have received a confirmation e-mail and your mum can get a parent password. Try again and have your mum there with you to make sure you put in the e-mail right, If it still does not work e-mail pony pals and let them know your problems they should be able to sort it out.
