TO make money just do quests. you can find quest help on other websites. the avrage cost for a wild horse is 10k. Most quests pay about 5k so just do some quests an you can get a horse with the money. In order to ride a horse it has to be fully tacked, regular english tack is in earton for about 11k. Have Fun!
