dont use your real bank pin just use a 4 digit number that u remember. i know it confused me too.

The bank pin is the pin you need to get into your bank on the game :) It's not asking for your real bank pin number! i'M NOT REALLY FAR INTO THE GAME MYSELF, IT'S HARD~!!
