It is a security feature that tries to make sure you are a human and not a spammer. You should see letters or numbers in a picture that you need to type into the box. If you can't read it, you should be able to hit the button to the right and it will speak the code to you. Hope that helps!

So when I start the game it won't let me scroll down ANYWHERE. This means I can't access the map which makes it almost impossible to do missions that require you to gather objects. I was left doing the daisy mission for over two hours because of this. How do I fix it?

Hi i need help, 2 years ago My horse club blocked my account and never told me if or when i could go back on it. i tried putting in my email but it says you need your username name, but i can't remember it as it was 2 years ago. i don't know what else to do and i spent A LOT of money on that game. i have 2 accounts on that game when my first one got blocked a made another but i can't remember that either. i don't know what to do, and i would love to play again.

to the question "how do i buy another horse?" you have to go to the online shop and buy a horse card with real money.

so if you stuck go to your stable click on the restart page if you cannot cross the river you must turn back and then go back to it, but use gallop 2 or if you have been upgraded to be faster use schritt2 so you get to the river. if you want to change your colour for you horse buy it with credit, you must use real money okay. if you need help about the error refresh the page to get clops you must care your horse and ride it without in a competition a month you get 100 clops if you silver star member i think.. if you want to get rid of red dot you must click a something that look like healing thing click it then put on the red dot add me on my horse club drakath9458 :)

To feed your horse, go to the stable, when your at the stable, look at your inventory (on the right side of the screen) and click on a apple/peanut, then press the horses mouth till the food is gone.

To heal your horse, you go to the stable, looked to the right and see your inventory, click on the blue/green tube and then it will zoom into your horse and then click on the red spots.

To gain your horses trust, ride your horse around and make sure you come on every day.

To redeem a gift code or if a advent calendar month, to redeem a gift code, press home and then look to the top right of the screen and press enter a code. To redeem an free advent calendar gift, go to home, press the READ MORE of the advent calender news, scroll down and on the second picture, pick the whatever day it is.

if your stuck on a mountain you need to click on stable and at the bottom it sees back to starting point click on that then press ok, then go back to ireland or usa or where ever u wanna go then you'll be back at the start.

ok, so i get logged in and download java, everything is fine so far. i click stable, i allow java to run, and then it goes to the loading screen. but as soon as it gets 3/4 of the way there, the whole thing disappeared. i thought it was done loading, so i waited a minute. nothing happened. Ok so you now have both 32 bit and 64 bit Jave bit downloaded if your system allows this some will only need 32 bit.... Go to control panel of your computer.. Go to system and security.. then go to the Java Icon and click it open... under Advance down at the button.. scroll down click disable click Disable Verification.... this will allow the program to run... Java.. and it's most likely many of your games will not run.. it seems the new verisons of Java have security now and it has to be disabled..... now this will help in the log in and set up of many games ....
As for getting it load just keep refreshing the window until it reachs 100 percent and it may take awhile .. I am finding browser cleaners such as CCleaner by http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner cause these programs to lose the set up files and should not be used if you don't want to reload the download packages .... just use the cleaner under the safty tab delete internet history... that will stop the need to redownload packages.. As for clops.. we all need them.. I read some countries have a eshop on the game some do not change your country on your profile and that should allow you to use your clops.. in the left hand corner of the eshop window.. it says how many clops you have click it and use your clops as for getting a new horse... we all want one... save your pennies or ask for one from your family for a gift... go to a small store buy a prepaid visa and buy one.. but if you can not look after the henson you already own and can not earn enough clops to feed that one.. you really should not be looking for a new one.. Have fun and and I am sure this will help.. Firefox will help in reading the security code.. but downloading the right Java or both may also fix it... The problems seem to be with Java and there new security not the site.. the only problem I have with the site is it gets too busy and boots me out....

First your computer needs to download both 64 bit Java then 32 bit Java if your running a 64 bit system.. I download 64 bit first and with out rebooting I then download 32 bit this will stop the Java errors heres the link...

After that the problem starts the packages will not download.. it may take a hour or so but I found refresh the page and each time a the download gets bigger until it reachs 100 percent.
Second the firefox seemed to help read the security code... I continue on the next post.. I am helping a down syndrome girl play so she found every problem the site has for me to deal with and this is how we solved them..

Hi, I'm Lili Etch. I finally figured out how to get Clops! You have to take care of your horse, And go for rides and do quest and things like that to earn them!

to jump, you run at the jump, and make sure that the 'jump' icon at the top is green. your horse will jump on it's own.

fill the bars completely full, at the stable, and sometimes you will get some. that's how i get mine.

Ok, to get your horse to trust you, you have to take care of it.

To go over jumps, you have to make sure that you are going at it straight, and that the 'jump' icon at the top is green. if it's red, the horse won't jump.

To level up, you have to get the XP to. You can buy things for your horse from the E-Shop, or buy horses from the E-Shop.

I don't know how to change the horses name, i'm still trying to figure all that out. If you find out though, Let me know! my name is LiliEtch in real life and the game, so i am pretty easy to find.

If you try to start, and it won't work, i have a solution!!! Please try the following:

1. Fill in the information page given when you click 'register'.

2. If it comes up saying 'ERROR' then open a new page(don't close the old one)and go to myhorseclub.com.(type part of the title then click on one in the search bar that has to do with a registration)

3.It should come up with a 'select you avatar' page.Continue from there!

sometimes you need older versions of java to go into the stable, paddock, or to ride your horse.

Okay, everyone who is having problems with java read this. From what i have heared on the forums, my horse club will only work with an older version of java, which can either be java 6.23 or java 6.20. it can be either one but 6.23 works for my windows 7.

So I downloaded all the java updates and everything and I checked that Javascript was running. I saw some other people mention that they tried Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. I downloaded both of those. Google Chrome says : Error, click for details, and I click and it says that there is a Fatal Error (7). I tried Firefox and it starts to download, so I get really excited, and then it says........ Error, unable to download applets. And I pull out all my hair, I'm joking. So i would try Firefox because it is the closest I got to the game actually working. :(

I need A LOT of help with My Horse Club.

First, when I try to ask it for an e-mail confirmation, I enter my username and password like it tells me too. When I click on submit, a page of stuff like this shows up:

Stuff like that. Well, I click the back arrow and it tells me that an e-mail confirmation will go to my e-mail in a few minuites. Almost 24 hours later, there is nothing. I get fed up and go to "confirm account details later". It tells me that my horse is in the stable. I go to "stable", and ii says that error 7 message appears. I know that you need Java 6.23, but I can only find a place to download 6.23. Does anyone know how to help me?

i made my own account just yesterday and when i was done it says go to your stable so i clicked stable and it brought me to the login home page so i logged back in and it said invalid username and password as the game has been upgraded you may have to add -MHC to your current username when signing in for example you may have to sign in as Rider-MHC or just Rider then please choose another username please somebody help me this is so confusing and it is not working out well please help me so i can get on and play with my horse and ride????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, everyone who is having problems with java read this. From what i have heared on the forums, my horse club will only work with an older version of java, which can either be java 6.23 or java 6.20. it can be either one but 6.23 works for my windows 7.


Also, i need some help myself. I finally got my Java to work, but when i go to the stables, i don't see a horse. i just see an empty stall... do i have to double click the stall or something?? i also looked in the paddock and theres nothing but dirt and grass in it... so i guess you can call it my invisible horse problem! lol please help me if you know what i could do! thanks a bunch!!

Ok, a person posted this, and I am going to copy and paste what they wrote... Again!
I also had the NEWEST version of Java, and was getting frustrated, and I downloaded the Java 6, update 23. Installed, and nothing. I un-installed every bit of Java I had, and downloaded ONLY Java 6, update 23, and installed it. I also closed all my web browsers, and re-loaded Fire-Fox, and TADA! It worked!!!
However.... There is no one there. The entire game is empty, I rode around for over half an hour, and not a soul in sight... So sad...

So I downloaded the new java for My Horse Club. It allowed me to login. But then it said to go to the Stable to pick out a stall for my horse. I clicked on the stable, and this thing pops up that says "Java could cause a security problem" or something like that. You have two options to click yes or no. I clicked no and it went away. MHC has closed it's main site but has moved to http://www.mission-equitation.fr/ where you can find all of your horses etc.

Hey guys ok so you are all getting the error message? If you installed java from the My Horse Club website it is an older version! You HAVE to get java 7. That's how i got mine to work! Mine was doing the same thing and i was so dissapointed! So try downloading java 7! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE UNINSTALLED ALL JAVA BEFORE YOU INSTALL JAVA 7!!!!!

i put a comment on here saying what you need to have to play this game & people seem to still not know so i'll say it again :)

YOU NEED java 6 update 23 , it is easily found on google if you type it in, but before you download it, you need to uninstall any other java updates you have on your computer/laptop , once you have uninstalled them all, install the new java and then go on my horse club, click on stable and it will have a popup that says 'JAVA HAS DISCOVERED APPLICATION COMPONENTS THAT COULD INDICATE A SECURITY CONCERN' click no and it will run for you , if it doesn't and your left with a purple screen (which i have been lately) just click back on HOME and then back on STABLE, you'll get the pop up back again. just always click no and IT WILL WORK FOR YOU. i play this game on FIREFOX as it doesn't work on any othets for me.

i hope this helps most of you :)

it's taking 4 ever 2 load and i just got the account, will it ever load cause it tells me to go to my stables then takes for ever 2 load. I've been waiting for 10 minutes and it reloads, it's like 20 time before this.

ive noticed to buy new horses, gear etc you have to pay for them via paypal or by sms, at the moment you can only pay by sms as paypal is down at the moment and isnt working on the site, i was wondering if anyone knows when paypal will be back available, ive seen on the news bit on the homepage has been the same for a good while and would rather pay with paypal rather than my mobile.

also people who are having trouble playing this game, you need Java 6 update 23 , but before you download it, uninstall all other java updates you have on your computer/laptop, download it and it should work for you. i play it on firefox as it dosnt work for me on google chrome, or internet explorer :)

I've had the same problems as all of you! It didn't work because of that stupid Java thing! But, now it works and it's a really fun game! :)
When you go to: STABLE there will be this Pop-up Java thing that pops up. You must click either options: YES or NO. Click NO then it will work! Promise!'

Uhhh! This is so annoying. It is ILLEGAL to use your parents Credit Card (very illegal) to buy a My Horse Club horse card, when you yourself aren't able to own and use a Credit Card yourself (meaning me). My nationality is from Canada, but I live in Ohio in the USA. How can I get FREE horse card codes to get a new (or a few) horse breeds to ride in the game when both of my parents won't use their own CC to pay for me. Does anyone know of any FREE horse card codes in Canada, without PAYING with Visa, Discovery, or Paypal? Thanks.

I get the same kinds of errors as yall and i have unistalled and reinstalled java but it still doesnt help and i have downloaded the latest version of adobe just in case but nothing works i get an error like Fatal error occured (1): unable to load logo and progressbar images. Now i need help cause i dont what to do so someone please help me. I used to play this game a long time ago and it worked just fine i could get on and get off and get back on all the time but now i cant why? please help me :)

When I actually got to play it, it was okay. I couldn't go anywhere because I didn't have enough points but when I tried to earn them I couldn't because it all involved going places I couldn't go because of low points. Blah! Anyways After logging in for like a week straight, everyday, it suddenly said my login or password is wrong. Okay so I tried again...and again...and again. I know you can mess up passwords and usernames but I had played earlier that day and had been fine. And I guess programs can hiccup but I've been trying to log in for like a month and it says the same thing. Any Ideas???

I want to say thanks to HorseCrazyGirls.com for finding me great horse games. Thank You!!!!!
