Dang, it really sucks that I can't make a new account on Bella Sara anymore. The website was such a huge part of my childhood. I loved playing the adventure game, clicking around and planting fruits and flowers and completing all the quests. First of all, I'm also a longtime player of the Bella Sara online game like many people have already said below me.
Anyways, I logged in for the first time in a few years or so since I found a bunch of codes online and wanted to use them, and I realize I'm encountering the same glitches that so many people already mentioned, including the seeds (and pretty much anything else) not being available in the shops and the brushes and stuff bugging out when you try to groom your horse.
I guess I'm relieved I'm not the only one having the same problems, although judging by some of the comments saying the game has been abandoned, I think it's kind of sad to see it in such a bad state. I enjoyed this game a lot when I was younger and it's unfortunate since I'm stuck on the quests that ask me to grow seeds and I can't buy from Mr. Bartholomew due to it being glitched out.
I'm surprised the game is still going in the state that it's in, I would think it'd be shut down by now.

I started playing bella sara when I was maybe 7/8 (I'm now 19!!) And I still love logging in to play the odd mini game, but unfortunately that is about all I can do. I used to love playing adventures but now, with the company closing down, the website hasn't been updated in a long time and its bugged really bad :(( I'm devastated to have such a huge part of my childhood unavailable to me now and in such a deteriorated state. I wish that there was some way of resolving it, or someone else come and pick up the pieces. It breaks my heart and I would be over the moon to see it fixed up and restored to it's former beauty and magic.

The Bella Sara Company shut down in 2016, but left the website up as of 2019 (even copyrighted in 2019!), so if one already has an account, they can still log on. That being said, the website is deteriorating from the lack of maintenance. The shops in Bella Sara Adventures don't sell any items (either due to the shutdown itself or even perhaps a disgruntled employee deliberately shutting it down upon news of the shutdown) and the general problems with foal care freezing up our screens and just not working. Unfortunately, the company having shut down, there is almost nothing we can do but hope that one day in the future the makers of the game will come back and pick up where they left off.

I found the tomtomme in canter downs, it is right near the pink arrows at the top of the map, also I just grew up my foal ginger in the canter farms stable by feeding it hay. ---hope this helps!!!

Hi all! We all love Bella Sara, but I want everyone to know a few things I've found out.
1. The company does not exist, and there is no way to contact them (I've tried) :(((((
2. Because of this, some things in the game don't work properly :/ I am assuming this is why none of the shopkeepers in Adventures don't have anything. It doesn't make sense, but I think this is why.
3. We can't make an account because the "reCAPTCHA" is not upgraded. They shut down V1 in March of last year (2018), which is what the Bella Sara website uses. So unless any of you know how to hack into the website and update this, I think we're screwed lol.
Maybe someday if I'm rich, I'll buy the copyrights and bring Bella Sara back.

All over the internet you can find the Native Lights set of Bella Sara with 28 or 55 common/regular cards, but I have cards of the Native Lights set which has a total number of 110 common/regular cards listed on the cards itself as well. I have used Bella Sara for a very long time and I haven't been on for a while because I've been busy but I can log in.

If I go to Bella Sara world and I go to buy something, I buy it but I don't have it and it takes away all of my previous seeds. There is also things in the wrong category in inventory and some things that are place-able wont let you place them in world, not all you can place is furniture and toys but that's it. And all of the shops sell the same things, they don't have anything different which is weird since that I know they always have different things.

One more thing, I can't feed chibi foal toy. I thought they were supposed to grow into a foal or if you exit world and feed horses in stable it wont save.

I'm not upset about it, only if you would fix the glitches I would appreciate it. I'm still going to play Bella Sara.

And adding some new things would be great like in inventory there's a lot of stuff I don't want or need and it won't let me sell or give away or trash. It should be able to choose anything you want to give to someone.

Could we choose how our character looks and make friends with horses? All of the characters should be able to move a little bit and adopt an animal to take care of.

I think there is some sort of glitch. I can't buy garlic, sugarcane, peppers or anything for that matter, from Mr. Bartholomew meaning that I can no longer complete any activities in the Adventures. This seems to be a common problem from the other reviews I've read.

What also seems to be a common problem is that when I try to brush my foal, the brush disappears and the screen freezes. Very disappointed with these inconveniences and am NOT impressed with the team who is supposed to fix these issues.

Click the horse in question, several bubbles should appear, and one of them should have a purple bag icon. Click it, and your horse will be stowed away in your inventory bag. Then you can go the barn in Canter Farms, take him from your inventory bag, and place him in the barn like you would a plant.

I used to play Bella Sara as a young child and I loved it so much I brought the book series, coloring book, cards etc etc.

I have gone back to website and created a new account because I wanted to see if its the same. But when I try to brush my foal or clean her hooves my mouse disappears.

The shops are also empty so I can't buy strawberries for the milking bovo quest or grow a flaming hot pepper for befriending hobopixe. I realize this is the case with everyone. Hope it can be fixed.

I click on the brush to groom my horse or try to use the blanket to put it to sleep and my moue disappears completely!

I tried to use the pick for the hooves and my mouse froze indefinitely.

Everything else seems to be fine but I can't do the necessary things to take care of my horse?? I even installed other browsers chrome, firefox, internet explorer.. and they all have the same problem.

Even if you just started Bella Sara you should have come across one of these problems.

Shopping isn't working (and no, it's not just you). I personally have gotten to a point where I can't do anything in the game until this is fixed.
Also, it won't let you brush or pick your horses feet, so you can't clean your foal to get the experience.

So everyone just calm down and know that everyone has these problems to and that bellasara.com is hopefully fixing them.

There have been so many comments regarding the hoof pick and large brush, but nobody on Bella Sara has been fixing this problem. I came onto the website just today and tried to clean my foal (it's getting extremely fussy about its dirty hooves). At first I assumed something was wrong with my browser, which explained why I couldn't pick its hooves clean. Then when I went onto other browsers the same problem occurred so I knew something was fishy. I came on here and found that so many other people have been having this same problem. It's annoying and frustrating to see all of these complaints being filed with no solution. Please just fix all of the glitches so everyone can be happy again and be able to pick our horses' hooves clean!!

Okay, so I can't brush my horse or put it to sleep. The body brush (the fat one) makes my Bella Sara mouse disappear and the pick makes my Bella Sara mouse freeze, and the only one that works is the hair brush. And when I put my horse to sleep and I click the blanket, my mouse also disappears.

Please help! My Bella Sara page wont load! The only thing it loads is the map and my cottage (which is where I DON'T want to go to..) Also, when I click on 'Magical horses' it loads a LOT but then stops so close to the end! It doesn't load (like I said before) and even my username and horseshoes don't appear in the yellow banner thing.

Also, yesterday I wanted to make an account so I did but it led me to the page where it thinks that you already chose a foal so I can't play and then it still has that loading problem about all the things above. Please fix this because I haven't played Bella Sara in years. (Literally!)

To get strawberries you need to go to canter down and to the flower shop owner, then you click on shop icon. It will give you loads of icons with their seed names. All you do is click on strawberry seeds and click on arrow for it to go to your inventory bag.

To get to overgard skies you have to get some cheese from woman in canter down (she is near the entrance). Once you have done that you go to the mouse who should be on path, you give him cheese he gives you magic been in return. Password problem: Make up your own password.
Water mess: Hit the pump again.
Brushing your foal: Keep brsushing it until the horse gets it's normal color.
The Over Guard sky lands: You have to plant a special seed, and plant it in the Canter Downs.
Riding horses: I've been on bellasara for 3 years, and you can't ride at all.
Talking to horses on bellasara adventures: They have to have an exclamation point over them.
Bellasara adventures for the levels: you can only get up to level 6, then buy cards for more adventures.
Horses favorite food on bellasara adventures: Ask them what their favorite food is, then go buy it, once you give them it they will give you a card.

Can you ride a horse in Bella Sara? I'v had bella sara for YEARS now, even before you could have your own foal. I've tried and looked but I don't think you can ride. Buy id anyone finds out that you can ride, please tell me!!! And if anyone's foal grows up(I don't think it will) please tell me too!!!!!!!! thanks!!!!

The horses should tell you. You just walk and push the button to talk and you can ask them what there favorite food is.

Well I don't think your foal grows up, I've had mine for a year. You can do the jousting and ride but you are mostly just the horses if you get what I mean?

And to get your tree on the next level you have to grow plants.

my friend has bella sara on her DS and it is a great game but for me it will not load on my computer which is weird because i have a mac computer and i bought it very recently so there is no excuse for it not to load.........
