i love horseland and i used to play it every day. but one day when i tried to log in, it said: This browser cannot access Horseland without being reset.

I do not know why i have been blocked, so i sent an email and no one replied. I tried to reset my browser but it is a bit hard when i do not know how! if anyone knows how to fix my problem, or how to reset my browser, please respond. Thanks From ?????????
