If they banned your 'best account,' that's probably implying that you had more than one, which WILL get you banned quickly. And then making another one while still banned will, again, get you banned.
On another note, just follow the rules.. People say they are 'banned for no reason' but obviously there is a reason.. Anyhoo, I could go on all day, but i won't..

My account was blocked directly, because I "violated their terms/conditions". I do not understand their decision to block, when they hadn't explained the reason.I didn't have multiple accounts and at the most 1 or 2 flags due to mis-spelling.
They did show me my IP#, but I have no idea what to do with it. And I cannot tell if I'm banned for good or for a few days/weeks.Honestly, Horse Isle was my second life and I had earned so much there, but after this recent problem, I see Horse Isle from a very bad/different prospective.

Horse isle bans accounts for no reason...lets say you have a sister and they have another account if they think its the same person they will ban both accounts so that means only ONE person in your house can play on this game! THIS game is messed up if u miss spell something and it looks wrong you get in trouble! The Mods on the one i play are rude and way to over powering they make you feel bad. I WOULD not suggest this game to anyone ...they say its a friendly game but ppl on there can be mean and rude don't go on this game or waste your money buying subscriptions on this game!I had a many Friends on that game a that quiet the game crying b/c of stuff that happened on that game. It isn't a family friendly game at all!

HorseIsle has set rules on what's allowed and what isn't. It's the job of the player to be informed about what can get you banned.
Honestly, it takes a lot for someone to get banned from HorseIsle. Often times, the only thing that can do it is if the person is asking for personal information, giving out personal information, cussing up a storm, or disregarding the moderators' warnings.
That being said, the HorseIsle admin is fair in their decisions to ban players. They would rather have you as a member but if you're breaking the rules, you're out. Making another account while one is still banned goes against the rules. You should expect to get another ban for that.
My advice to everyone is to just follow the rules. If you stay out of trouble, there will be no trouble. This game was made so horse lovers could have fun in a safe, friendly environment. If you're just joining to create problems, go somewhere else.

You probably had multiple accounts. If you got one account banned, then made another, I'm oretty sure it would count as multiple account sand they would all be deleted.

they did the same to me! they banned my best account! then deleted it! then i made a new 1 was playing for 2 months and they banned that 1 for no reason again! then they blocked it from my IP! idk y! i am very upset with them! i had very good horses on there! and it was my fave account! Horse Isle is NOT the game to play!
